Flight over MACU's Office and Parking Structure

Drone flight over MACU's 12 story office building and 6 story post-tensioned parking structure in Sandy, along I-15. Post tensioning is a technique for reinforcing concrete. Post-tensioning tendons, which are prestressing steel cables inside plastic ducts or sleeves, are positioned in the forms before the concrete is placed.

Ther gravity and seismic force resisting system of the office building consist of special reinforced concrete shear walls, steel beams and columns supporting composite floors.

It was a privilege for us to engineer these incredible projects!
